This is the latest sex scandal to hit the Korean entertainment industry. Korean superstar trading sexual favours for opportunities.
The sex photos, numbering 37 sets in all, feature a number of A and B-list female artistes from the 107G channel. The artistes involved are known to have starred in many popular K-dramas.
They are believed to have been pressured into sex while being secretly photographed during the romps.
While the scandal has shocked many, netizens say that the "casting couch" has long been an open-secret in Korean showbiz. An earlier survey also showed that some 60% of female artistes in Korea have been propositioned for sex, or know someone who has.
One of the most famous victims in Korea's sex-tainted showbiz is Jang Ja-Yeon. The pretty 26-year-old actress committed suicide in March 2009, leaving a number of letters claiming that she was forced to have sex with industry people more than a hundred times.
