You don't need to stop or reduce eating to lose weight. Here are what you need to eat to lose weight :
1. Eggs. Skip the bagel this morning. Eggs, which are full of protein, will help you feel fuller longer-a lot longer.
2. Beans. You've probably never heard of cholecystokinin, but it's one of your best weight-loss pals. A study of eight men found that their levels of the hormone (which may work by keeping food in your stomach longer) were twice as high after a meal containing beans than after a low-fiber meal containing rice and dry milk. High-fiber beans can lower your cholesterol.
3. Salad. Control that calorie intake by starting with a large salad (but hold the creamy dressing). In a study of 42 women at Penn State University, those who ate a big, low-cal salad consumed 12 percent less pasta afterward-even though they were offered as much as they wanted. The secret, say researchers, is the sheer volume of a salad, which makes you feel too full to pig out.
4. Green tea. The slimming ingredient isn't caffeine. Antioxidants called catechins are what help speed metabolism and fat burning. In a recent Japanese study, 35 men who drank a bottle of oolong tea mixed with green tea catechins lost weight.
5. Pears. They're now recognized as having more fiber, which decreases blood-sugar levels, helping you avoid between-meal snacking. This may explain why, in a Brazilian study that lasted 12 weeks, overweight women who ate three small pears or apples a day lost more weight than women on the same diet who ate three oat cookies daily instead of the fruit.
6. Soup. A cup of chicken soup is as appetite blunting as a piece of chicken: That was the finding of a Purdue University study with 18 women and 13 men. Why? Researchers speculate that even the simplest soup satisfies hunger because your brain perceives it as filling.
7. Lean beef. Eating anywhere from nine to 10 ounces of beef a day on a roughly 1,700-calorie diet helped the women lose more weight, more fat, and less muscle mass than a control group consuming the same number of calories, but less protein. The beef eaters also had fewer hunger pangs.
8. Olive oil. Fight off middle-age pounds with extra virgin olive oil. A monounsaturated fat, it'll help you burn calories. The women who ate the oil-laced muesli boosted their metabolism.
9. Grapefruit. It's back! A 2006 study of 91 obese people conducted at the Nutrition and Metabolic Research Center at Scripps Clinic found that eating half a grapefruit before each meal or drinking a serving of the juice three times a day helped people drop more than three pounds over 12 weeks.
10. Cinnamon. Sprinkle it on microwave oatmeal or whole-grain toast to help cure those mid-afternoon sugar slumps. Research from the U.S.
Department of Agriculture found that a little cinnamon can help control post-meal insulin spikes, which make you feel hungry.
11. Vinegar. It's a great filler-upper. In a Swedish study, researchers found that people who ate bread dipped in vinegar felt fuller than those who had their slices plain. Vinegar can also short-circuit the swift blood-sugar rise that occurs after you eat refined carbs such as white bread, cookies, and crackers.
12. Tofu. It seems too light to be filling, but a study at Louisiana State University showed that tofu does the job. Overweight women who had tofu ate less food during the meal. The secret: Tofu is an appetite-quashing protein.
13. Nuts. Yes, they are fattening: A handful of peanuts is about 165 calories. But research shows that people who snack on nuts tend to be slimmer than those who don't. Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids. And researchers at Loma Linda University recently found that eating 10 to 20 whole pecans daily can reduce heart disease risks.
14. High-fiber cereal. Studies show that you can curb your appetite by eating a bowl for breakfast. Those who'd had the highest-fiber cereal ate less than those who didn't have as much fiber in the morning.
15. Hot red pepper. Eating a bowl of spicy chili regularly can help you lose weight. In a Japanese study, 13 women who ate breakfast foods with red pepper (think southwestern omelet) ate less than they normally did at lunch. The magic ingredient may be capsaicin, which helps suppress appetite.
To sum up, all those foods help you feel full longer and less appetite.

He made a video of his teenage daughter in the shower. He claimed he did it to punish her because she had been naughty.
But Assistant Public Prosecutor Harvinder Kaur rebutted the man's mitigation.
The man, 49, and his daughter cannot be named to protect the girl's identity.
APP Harvinder said in court last Tuesday: "Teens have problems and every parent goes through it. What you did was far beyond how a parent should discipline a child."
The man pleaded guilty to one charge of outraging the modesty of a woman. Another charge of possessing 91 obscene video files in his phone is being taken into consideration.
The incident happened some time between January 2009 and March 2010 at the family home in the south of Singapore.
The girl, who was 14 then, was taking a shower in the master bedroom toilet when she saw her father's phone sticking out of his jeans hanging there.
It was in recording mode.
She removed the phone and played back the recording, horrified at what she saw.
School counsellor
She eventually told her school counsellor, who informed the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports.
A police report was lodged on April 19, 2010.
District Judge Eddy Tham questioned the lapse of time between the lodging of the police report and the accused being brought before the court.

APP Harvinder explained that the girl was so traumatised by the incident, she requested not to see anyone.
There was no further information available on what caused the delay.
Said APP Harvinder: "The victim is the accused's biological daughter, and she was only 14. Because of the accused, the victim refuses to go home. She feels vulnerable."
It is not known with whom and where she is currently living.
The man, who is on bail, is expected to return to court next month for sentencing.

Guang Ming Daily reported that Hong Kong superstar Andy Lau followed Hong Kong traditions of holding a 100-day party for his daughter Heung Wai, instead of a full-moon celebration.
He organised a five-table banquet for relatives and friends. But only five people from showbiz were invited to the event. They were Deanie Ip, Michael Miu Kiu-wai, Felix Wong Yat-wah, Sammi Cheng and Gordon Lam Ka-tung.

A 51 year old Singaporean uncle got the shock of his life when he saw his wife working as a freelance whore in Geylang!
Geylang is one of the designated Red Light district in Singapore with legalized brothels, but many foreign women ply their trade there as well by standing along its narrow alleys and soliciting for customers publicly.

A group of students were browsing files on the school's computer server when they found something totally unexpected. It was a video of the school's two strictest teachers -- having sex for 20 minutes.
The teachers were from an international school here, and were described as students to be like 'Voldermort' (the antagonist from the Harry Potter series) as he is very stern and always wears black; and the woman was said to be one of the strictest teachers there.
Although the teachers, who are dating and could get married soon, have finished their contracts and left the school, some of the students who viewed and in turn, shared the video, know who they are. The video has also gone viral on ********.

Taiwanese actor Vic Zhou is speculated to be dating hisBlack & White co-star Reen Yu and they had reportedly celebrated the actor's 31st birthday together.
Rumours of the pair dating first surfaced in April, but both have denied the claims. Reen, 24, had boasted about her boyfriend on the set of her new drama and claimed that her other half "drives a Lamborghini, is a 30-year-old entertainer and a Gemini," leading to speculations that she was referring to Vic.
Last Sunday, a day after Vic's birthday, he was spotted leaving his house with the actress and they were both dressed casually. The pair then took a taxi to a foot massage centre together where they stayed for about two hours before returning to the actor's place.
Responding to the rumours, Vic's manager expressed that the management "will not make any explanations or comments in matters that do not concern work." However, she added that going to foot massage together is "very common among friends, and dressing casually meant nothing."
Reen's management expressed that the actress was only "introducing a masseur to Vic" and stressed that the pair are "just friends."
